When I was recently looking for a new foundation to try out, a number of people recommended that I tried Estée Lauder Double Wear Foundation. I thought the foundation would be good for me as it would give me great coverage over my less than perfect skin. I have problem, spot prone skin as well as also having psoriasis on my forehead (see photo below) and I really wanted something that would give that great coverage but not irritate it and make it worse.
I have to say the recommendation was completely right. So much so the other day my friend said she was unaware of my problem skin – foundation needs achieved! Double Wear gave me amazing coverage as well as beautiful matte finish and didn’t feel heavy on my skin ( See photo below for coverage results). As you can see in the photo below the redness of the psoriasis is really less noticeable and personally I think it looks more like a wee patch of dry skin than anything else. I was so happy with the results of Double Wear foundation and would recommend it to anyone who has skin woes! I love now being able to walk out the house feeling happy and confident about my skin and not worry about people looking at the psoriasis!
I love Double Wear – it is amazing!! I think it looks lovely on you :)
I’m now following you on bloglovin’. Would love you to check out my blog!

I absolutely swear by double wear! I have pretty bad acne and scarring so im definitely not a tinted moisturiser girl, this covers everything up for me with ease! x
lillies and lipbalm
Im so jealous this worked for you. I have the worst eczema and its recently started attacking my face:( My skin is BRIGHT red and literally just flakes off. My skin has always been flawless so I absolutely hate it but every foundation I buy just makes it flake even more. It looks ridiculous even with this foundation :(
Aw lovely thats terrible! Have you tried using organic mostuirisors to help with the exzema? I use one called “Dermacura Rejuvadrerm” its amazing and helps repair damaged skin caused by Exzema or psoriasis! Going to do a full review on it later on this week! :)
