Did you know that August is Psoriasis awareness month?

I’ve had psoriasis for a little under 3 years now and been receiving treatment for just over 18months. My psoriasis journey has seemed like a long one though relatively short into comparison to some. It took me a long time to come to terms with my psoriasis and not be afraid to show it off proudly (with it being on my face I couldn’t really hide it could I)! As much as I would love to be cured, I think it would be weird to not have it on my forehead and other areas of my body, it’s part of me and who I am because

If you are a follower of my blog you will know I have psoriasis on my forehead and that I am extremely passionate about spreading the word of psoriasis.

Many people are ashamed or embarrassed by their psoriasis, especially if it is visible. I want to put a stop to that! Watch my video below to see how you can encourage everyone to love the skin they are in and promote skin positivity and confidence.
