Ehm, hello October! Where on earth did you come from? I really do feel like this year has just flown in and all the things I set out to achieve this year hasn’t really happened. So with three months left before we make our way into 2018, I thought I would share with you the five goals I would like to achieve before January 1st, 2018.
I’ve started this one which is a positive. I have been doing Hot Yoga twice a week at Infinity Hot Yoga Glasgow and hitting the gym once a week. I used to really hate exercise but I have finally found a routine and exercise that I like. It’s always easier to do something if you enjoy it. As part of getting fit, I want to look at my diet too. I wouldn’t say my diet is bad but it can definitely be improved – A LOT.
Do you have any healthy recipes I NEED to try before 2108?
I said this year I wanted to read more books and I really haven’ got very far with that. I have decided that before 2018 I will read three books. That is one a month and completely do-able. On my list is ‘How to Be an Overnight Success‘ by Maria Hatzistefanis, ‘Inside Vogue‘ by Alexandra Shulman and ‘Crush It‘ by Gary Vanyerchuck.
Do you have any books I NEED to read before 2018?
I am just to embark on a trip to America and with another coming up in February I want to try and save some more money to be able to enjoy my experience. It’s goodbye online shopping, no more Zara on my lunch break or HAVING to buy it because it’s in the sale (because I really don’t). This will definitely be my hardest challenge, but I am up for it!
