Finding Psoriasis friendly skincare products can be a horrible game of trial and error. Below are a list of Psoriasis friendly skincare products I found and loved in 2022, that I will be 100% re-buying in 2023.
Balmonds Skin Salvation
My absolute go to whenever I sense a psoriasis flare incoming. This balm is non-greasy providing hydration, and relief from irritable, red patches instantly!
Then I Met You Living Cleansing Balm
An oil based cleansing balm, this product melts away make-up and SPF whilst leaving your skin feeling super soft and hydrated. Though slightly perfumed, the product didn’t cause me any irritation or itchiness when used on my psoriasis patches.
Dr. Jart+ Cermidim Cream
This product is a staple for anyone with dry or dehydrated skin. It gives immediate hydration, leaving skin feeling smooth with a glowy complexion after use. The cream is super lightweight and because of this I like to use it before bed or as a top up during the day if my skin is feeling tight or irritated.
Ultra Violette Supreme Screen Hydrating Facial Sunscreen SPF50+
I am fully obsessed with this sunscreen. As it says on the tin, it’s super hydrating allowing your skin to feel super smooth whilst getting the full protection of SPF50+! The formula is really light weight and gives a lovely glow when applied.
Zitsticka MEGASHADE SPF50
Another sunscreen I am obsesses with. MEGASHADE helps fight acne whilst protecting your skin from the sun. This product helps with any acne flares I am having whilst being hydrating enough to soothe any psoriasis or dry patches I have as well. This product sits well under makeup but can also be used as a base as it gives a lovely dewy complexion.
PAI Skincare Back To Life Hydration Serum
A product that has literally brought my skin back to life on several occasion when it’s be dry and dehydrated. After use my skin feels instantly hydrated, plump, and glowing. After just a few weeks use my skin felt less tight, more comfortable and super smooth! Plus a little goes a long way with this product.
PAI Skincare Century Flower Barrier Defence Mist
Super hydrated skin in just one spray – yes please! This product leaves my skin feeling extremely refreshed. A perfect base before using serums or for a little pick-me up during the day! Perfect for anyone with sensitive, dry/dehydrated skin.
Dermalogica Ultracalming Cleanser
This product is great as an AM or Second PM Cleanser. Gentle and creamy, the cleanser leaves my skin feeling super smooth and hydrated whilst calming any inflammation or redness I have.
